The Ace test is a measure of traumatic experiences. The A.C.E test examines the relationship between adverse childhood experiences and adult health and social outcomes. Those with a score of 7 or more, were five times more likely than those with a score of 0, to report hallucinations. A score of just 4 or more are at an increased risk for depression, drug abuse, and alcoholism. They also had displayed much more risky behavior than those with low scores. I will have the test below, to get the score, for every number of questions, there is just a yes/no, if anything in number 1 is correct, put yes for number 1. There are 10 possible points. To get your number, just add the number of yes answers out of 10. The higher your number, the more likely you are to suffer from mental health conditions later.
